·  He owned McKenzie Tree Service at the time of the abduction.

·  Dana worked for him, and he knew Karen.

·  His children played with the Bobo children.

·  He helped search for Holly for around 18 months after the abduction. 

·  They were set up in the woods behind Zach’s house on a particular morning to observe his actions.

·  He states that, after Warren Rainey left the scene, he witnessed Zach vacuum a black truck for an hour to an hour and a half.

·  He saw Brian find gloves in the woods, and he left to meet Warren.

·  He stayed behind and watched Zach. 

·  After vacuuming out the car, he rinsed off the mattresses with a hose.

·  Then, he continued vacuuming out his car.

·  ·  Jennifer Thompson points out he made a statement to law enforcement about this incident, after Zach had been charged, stating he only saw Zach vacuum the mattresses outside. 

·  He acknowledges he made that statement, and, when confronted with this, says Zach vacuumed and rinsed off the mattresses with a hose.

·  He acknowledges he left out the vacuum part of his initial statement.
