· Earlier, he heard sounds he thought were cats fighting coming from near the Bobo house. His friend, who owned cats, told him it didn’t sound like cats. He was later looking toward Swan-Johnson Road, and heard a motor revving loudly, before seeing a white truck speeding extremely fast. He told his friend, “Man that white truck was flying.” He thought it was an extended-cab truck. He thought it may have been a Ford pickup truck but was unsure because of the distance he was from the road. It was going south, right off a gravel segment of the road.
· He identifies and references a map of where he was standing and what he could see in court.
· He states the Bobo residence was about 150-200 yards away from the segment of road he saw the truck on.
