· He used to live on Yellow Springs Road.
· He was convicted of rape when he was 23.

· He states Jason broke up the fight, and they drove away.
· He does not remember anyone buying a morphine pill at that location. [2]
· They showed up at Doddy’s in Dylan’s black vehicle.
· He states there were no statements made about his wife or putting a car in his shop.[3]
· He states that, after the abduction, he did not have the opportunity to observe Zach Adams or Dylan for a few weeks, which was quite unusual.
· He states that, a couple months after Holly’s abduction, Shayne and Jason Autry brought him a pistol in exchange for pills.
· He states he bought the gun for his wife after what happened to Holly.
· He later told his wife she needed to get rid of the gun, “because he [thought] it had killed somebody.”
· He and his wife provided TBI with all the information about this gun and were flown to Decatur County to help them search for the gun in a creek off Yellow Springs Road.
· Jennifer Nichols asked him whether Shayne or Zach said, “I let you hit it,” which Dinsmore never testified to.
· Victor Dinsmore acknowledges he has a federal immunity agreement to testify today for potential gun charges. He states he did not want an immunity agreement.
· He acknowledges Holly’s items were found on multiple sides of his road.
· He gave a statement to Ricky Inman, and expressed frustration that Zach was using him as an alibi, telling him he was not with them on the day Holly disappears. He states he had the days mixed up, however.
· In December of 2011, he told law enforcement Michael Alexander was involved in hiding Holly’s body.
· He gave a March 5th, 2014 statement, after Zach’s arrest, to Valerie Trout. He acknowledges that he stated Zach had hidden his grandfather’s truck but did not say it was hidden at his residence because “she didn’t ask.”
· He sold a house to Jamie Darnell.
· He denies trying to rape Jamie Darnell’s wife.
· In another interview, he told law enforcement he tried to purchase a 22-caliber rifle from Shayne Austin, and that that was the weapon used to kill Holly Bobo.
· He stated in that same year of his testimony, the gun was a 38 or 357, and it was an American-made gun.
· They were not able to find the gun his wife allegedly hid at first.
· Later, Jennifer Thompson stated Brent Booth returned to speak to him in 2017, and, in a recorded conversation, told him facts Jason Autry was going to testify to at trial, which Dinsmore denies.
· In the same conversation, he admits he originally told Brent Booth that Zach did not hide his truck at his residence, which he knew was factually false.
· He states he blocked a lot of the events of this time out of his mind because “they tried to snatch [his] daughter too,” which he reported to law enforcement. He says his wife identified the attempted abductor as “one of the Pearcy brothers” who was an “associate” of Zach’s.
· He states that, on the day of Holly’s abduction, Zach, Dylan, Shayne, and Jason were not trying to buy morphine from him. Instead, they were asking for a joint. [4]
· He had previously owned a 32 pistol that was “junk,” that he ended up throwing in a pond.
· His son was murdered, so he claims this is why he would not take the reward money for giving information on Holly’s abduction. He begins crying when speaking about this.
· He states Zach told him he wanted to hide his truck on his property because of an arrest Zach was involved with due to meth, where he had tried to run over the officers with the truck.
· He states Zach was very familiar with the woods in the area.
· He admits his son’s death was ruled as a suicide, and states law enforcement will not investigate “due to his past.”
· He did not register in the state of Tennessee as a sex offender. He states he doesn’t have to because his rape conviction was 25 years ago.
