· She knows the Bobo family and has “always known them.”
· Her husband is related to Dana, and Deputy Jeremy Pratt is her son.
· She’s known Holly Bobo for her whole life.
· She attended church and nursing school with Holly Bobo.
· She spent lots of time with Holly due to the nursing program.
· She saw Holly as one of her own children.
· On the morning of Holly’s abduction, she was in class, taking a test. Both she and Holly were supposed to be there at 8am to take the test. She did not arrive, and they eventually began the test anyway.
· After the test, the teacher informed the class of Holly’s abduction.
· Emily left and went to the area around the Bobo residence to search.
· She was searching in the woods every day after Holly’s abduction.
· A few weeks later, on Easter day, she and other church congregants went to search at McKenzie’s Tree Service and 641 North.
· She found Holly’s phone outside of a business. She and the people with her called law enforcement.
· She believes the phone was a driveway away from McKenzie Tree Service.
· She had previously used Holly’s phone and identified it as hers.
· She identifies Holly’s drug identification assignment as an assignment in their nursing program.
· She confirms she gave a statement to Agent Viveros the day she found the phone and gave another statement to Valerie Trout much later.
· She denies that, when speaking to Valerie Trout, she stated it did not look like Holly’s phone.
